Customer Service: providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues. 2. Sales: Promoting and selling phone products and services to customers, meeting sales targets. 3. Technical Support: Assisting customers with setting up and troubleshooting phone devices, and network connectivity.
